Marcy Gabel, Owner of Hustle Fitness and Your Fitness Expert
Hello, thanks for considering Hustle Fitness as the place for your new beginning. I am a weight loss survivor, mom, marathoner and a business owner. Each one of these achievements were a struggle and came after many bumps in my road.
My education includes B.S. Molecular Cellular Biology, Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates, Yoga, and Silver Sneakers instructor. Nothing could have prepared me more for my occupation then experience. I do not have a gene in my body that says I should be thin, strong, or a marathoner. After losing 60 pounds in 2002, I have made exercise my lifestyle and career. Exercise and proper diet are something I work on daily. Results do not come easy and are slow. I could give up, but instead I embrace the daily challenge. Exercise is medicine for my future, and my choices now will dictate my future.

I train a wide variety of clients, some of which have included teens, older adults, athletes, amputees, paraplegics, post injury rehabilitation, pregnancy. I have trained clients who suffer with heart disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetes, Parkinson’s, Arthritis, brain injuries, cancer and mental health. Of course I also work with clients who are just looking to stay fit!
